Refund policy
All sales of USED sets, minifigs, out of the package products and bulk Lego are FINAL and NO RETURNS or EXCHANGES will be accepted.
Returns or exchanges on new sealed boxed or bagged sets and items will only be accepted with a receipt at store of purchase within 30 days and must be unopened and in good condition.
Gift cards are nonrefundable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
Please not that Used sets and Previously Owned Sets may be missing parts, be partial sets, or have color swapped pieces. Please ask us by calling or emailing if you have any concerns about a set before purchasing. They are sold AS-IS.
Certified Complete Sets are Used Sets or Open Box Sets that we have checked for completion. These sets are certified complete with all pieces and instructions. These sets are rebagged and repackaged. If the original box is present, the set will be repackaged in its original box.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at temeculavalley.ca@bricksandminifigs.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. A 10% Restocking Fee will apply to returns mailed back to us. Returns are accepted In-Store for no Restocking Fee. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund and a pre-paid shipping label, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
At our discretion, we reserve the right to clarify, adjust, or correct any errors in pricing, description, quantity available, or any other matter related to our stock prior to shipment regardless of when an error is found.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
